I got a small tear in my brand new leather seat plus two door dings on my new car. The dealership did an amazing job fixing the seat, you would never know it was torn, and one of the dents you would never know was there either. The other door ding was bad and they referred me to the body shop.

We spent pretty much all day there working on getting the right vehicle. But we had a very pleasant experience with all the salesman and staff that we encountered. Almost more look like spending time with friends then our normal past experiences at other dealerships feeling more high pressured to buy another vehicle. Which actually means a lot to us having this type of pleasant experience with buying our new car!
