Ben (sales) and Manny (financials) were so easy to work with. They were very helpful and informative... quick to answer and address any concerns I had. I had appt at 10am. They said instead of taking maybe 2 hrs, it would be closer to 3-4 hrs as there were other cars ahead of me (or some emergency and/or workers out). I had to accept the timeframe as I came from out of the area, I had no where to go and/or no transportation to get anywhere. After about 1.5 hrs the office called to say my car work was completed. Thank you!!!

Jill Ball is the most amazing employee at Dick Hannah! Her Manager Tino would deserve the same praise, however he is a Seahawks fan. Tens all around
