Simple and efficient purchase experience, great staff!

Well, at first I had an exterior detail, and they returned the car to me with scratches all over the darn car. Swirl scratches everywhere and deeper scratches in a few places where my car had some more stubborn spots to clean. It was a disaster really. But then the manager agreed to fix in, even tho it was difficult to get him to agree or take accountability for the problems. In the end they spent an entire day fixing it, and my car looks great now. But it was an emotional journey. But all’s well that end’s well I guess. They easily coulda screwed me on it, and I was stressed out and miserable about it for the week between the screw up and the impressive fix. Glad it’s over and glad my car looks good.

Car looked great but the inside of the all the windows and windshield has the dreaded film buildup all over them.

We asked to go gently on the area where paint was bubbled, and still the paint got chipped :(

Great job! I had several scratches buffed out of my hood along with a full exterior detail and hard water spot treatment, and my car looks like new. Everyone I worked with was fantastic - kudos to the excellent office team of Marisa, Jill, and Kim, to shuttle driver Andrew, and to the detailers who did quality work. Highly recommended!

Happy with my experience buying vehicle. Straight, up front conversations about trade-in and financing. Only dealt with 2 people, finance and sale person. Besides wait to finish paperwork, which was unavoidable due to finance staff and finishing up with previous customer, everything was great. Would recommend if looking.
