Did not have directions to the shop. The rental wasn’t available. Afterwards the employee took the time to explain the cleaning care needed which was different than what was told to me the day I purchased the car

Salesman, Nicholas, was excellent to work with as was C. Moon. I rate the dealership a 4 because the pricing was way above what VW told us to expect. Damian is right: you guys are nice and I barely felt your hand reach for my wallet. Great car so far.

We received a call that our car was ready to be picked up. Marisa Lopez went with us to look at the job they had done. When the passenger side door was opened there were two 6-8” pieces of the film dangling off the area where the film was applied. We had to wait for quite awhile for them to work on that area. This should have been checked before the car was removed from the work area. When I was driving the car home I could see a cloudy area and areas where they attempted to clean the window but left swipe marks. I’m not happy about that at all. Lots of bubbles in the windshield and other work areas but was assured they would evaporate.
