Loved our salesman Q. But very disappointed that we got only one key fob. Could you please help me to get one? I’m hoping you can get one for a better deal than I could, which I can’t afford. We paid full price and didn’t negotiate. And this is our second car we’ve bought from you. I’ve written about this before to you and got zero response. Is that great customer service. We didn’t know about only one ley until after we’d signed everything. And only having the one key is a big inconvenience we’ve found.
