Nice people and honest.

I received an exceptional price. There were a few hiccups as we came to a mutual acceptable price, the car we were initial looking at, when it came time to pick it up, I was notified it had a broken windshield ... a bit of a setback, but the sales agent and her manager came up another car that had a higher MSRP, but they maintained the price initially quoted. I can not over emphasize the negotiation on a price was very amicable and very favorable to us. The problem was when I arrived to take possession. My car was clean, new tires, no glass chips/stars, no damage to interior nor to car body. It did have a minor scratch on one side and a different manager concluded I did not properly declare the DAMAGES and therefore the price of the car just went up $1,000. WHAT?? Not right, nothing was said before we arrived. I came with the full payment from the credit union. I felt ambushed and backed into a corner. It made a great experience a little sour.

Q delivered exactly what was advertised and what I asked for. He kept his promise, making this an easy quick car buying experience.
