Excellent, could not be Happier!

I was not looking to buy new but when we got to the dealership most of what we wanted to see and test drive was snatched up before we could even look at them. Our salesman Diego had been in contact with me prior to our meeting so was knowledgeable about what we were looking for. He was very helpful in trying to find the a suitable vehicle with the list of requirements we gave him but at the end of the day we chose to go with a new vehicle for low mileage and the trim we preferred. Diego was great to work with and I would refer anyone shopping around for a vehicle to him.

The best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car!

Great experience with Waleed. My only negative was coming back to finalize the deal and the manager tried to sneak in a whole bunch of warranties which almost had me leave. Would recommend not trying to sneak those in on people, especially those with a 24 month lease, which has a 3 year bumper to bumper manufacturing warranty. Will work with Waleed again but not that manager.

We arrived after hearing from our mechanic of 30 years to go check out this dealership. Our "want" "need" "wish" lists were listened to and then cars started coming to us to look at and drive from the lot. They did not give up meeting our expectations and financial constraints. We were truly impressed with several experienced sales managers that had great knowledge of cars available amongst hundreds on their lot and only brought us those that met our criteria. Brian especially took the time to answer all of our questions and surprised us with many options new and used. We were treated with kindness and concern about meeting our needs which included the needs for some limited mobility and comfort needs. We felt "taken care of" and there was a continual willingness to "find" what we wanted. We felt no push, no pressure, no obligation to buy. At different times, other salesmen would come by our table and ask how things were going. It was truly a wonderful experience for both my husband and I of 54 years. It had been 13 years since we purchased a car (the other 23 year old car still kicking is in our driveway). We still remember, from a different car dealership, the horrible way we were treated during all of its warranted life...those hours of frustration and un-do stress just aren't forgotten. Today, however, after 3-4 trials of different cars, we signed the papers and were followed home for the delivery of our new car that same evening...totally unexpected. As they told us, if and when we made a decision to purchase, they would make it happen for us. If or when the time comes that we need another car, we will definitely go to Dick Hannah's Vancouver dealership without question!
