Really about 4 plus score. Diego first sale with help of Brian and Arman. They get 5 stars as they went up and beyond in helping to get us into vehicle. After test drive and waiting for insurance to work on my wreck vehicle. Diego keep after the sale and calling to check up. Finally put in paper work when fully confident we like there vehicle for sale. We went ahead and applied. Got a better offer in rate than my credit Union offered and work on details. Here the mark down. The service manager tried to through in a paint protection plan and said it was tied to vin number and couldn’t take it off. No you can mandatory an option. I called back next day while in negation and explained that they did this to someone else who took them to the BBB. They refund that customer. Well I explained to The sales team and they would pass this on. Well within a minute got a text it was removed from offer. ( him thought it was tied in! ) So you got to be diligent not to accept something you don’t want in contract. So came to agreement and went in to sign. They came and picked up my wife and help bring me paper work since disable. Things got even better with Arman and found even a better rate and terms in service contract. Diego took at least 10 calls from me in process and did a great job. Followed up twice now after deal. Dick Hannah had best price on vehicle we were looking at. Just got to make sure on all your numbers not to get stuck with an option you don’t want.

Kiram and Brian were very good salespeople. They both explained the financial and all the things that the Jeep can do. Both of them were helping with the Amazon card, Then Gary came to help try to figure out.. it didn’t work and there is no way to find out where to call. After about 1 1/2 to 2 hours we all gave up.
