over all the lady help me was great, except the store manager and the finanace manager Nick Sisson. day 1, he sold me the wrong car on the buying document. I called him at night. day 2, we drove another 1.5 hour to longview and sign all the document again, I asked him to print my lifetime powertrain warranty paper, never happen! one week after, he called me and said one page missing sign. ( what a jok). after 2 weeks, I found out my temp license is expired, and I have not received my license plate yet, I call back again to find out why is that! left 3 message to the store manager, he never call back, tried to call Nick, no answer, finnal talk to the girl who was helping me , she told me need to purchase another tag before the license plate received ( it's really bad thing to me, I bought 11 new car in my life now, never had this happen) I bought another tag and and one more week passed not see my licese plate, called again, talk to the same lady, she told me, they got my licese plate and ask me to pick up, ( oh no, it takes me 3 hour drive :/) then we deal with send over to nissan and I will pick up there. and now, I have not get my warranty document and my car title yet! can anyone tell me what's wrong with this :??

I used to tell people what a "nice " experience I have had there, thru leasing two cars....After I bought the third one, I now tell people, that if they go to Hannah's, which I wouldn't recommend, always keep an eye out for underhanded sales practices , and being taken advantage of. I also ell them that your "loyalty" clause isn't worth a hill of beans, and it only goes one way.

Poor customer relations. Made us jump through unnecessary hoops with no good explanations. Not nearly as pleasant as my last car purchase at another dealership.

I was looking for a specific truck, So I ordered one , however ,I was looking at there web site and one came in at the last minute, so they came me the same deal as the one I ordered and , great news I walked away with a new dodge Promaster 3500 and I could not be happier. I have had this for 4 months and I am still trilled! The only strange thing that happened is when they put on the new plates they put the front on the back, easily fixed.
