This was my first visit and had a 7:30 am appointment. I arrived on time. I waited about 10 minutes before the first person talked to me as there were several cars ahead of me. The workers were friendly. My wait time was 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Other places I just drop in for an oil change and I’m in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was kept waiting entirely too long especially since I had an appointment.

From the beginning to the end of buying my first car experience at your dealership is awful! I will make sure none of my families and friends buy at car from your store ever! You have very rude people there. The buying process is too fast to comprehend, you have no patients, and why a 2 year warranty??? What a scammer!!. You made me had such stress that I ended up with chest pains towards the end of more than 6 hours negotiating a car that couldn't even start to begin with. Awful!! Awful!! Horrible experience! Never again!!

The upper level individuals we spoke with were condescending and arrogant. My husband and I were treated like we were beneath these sales people . The young man that help us from the beginning was helpful and kind all the others treated us like we not worth their time. I have a graduate degree and found many of the comments uneducated and unnecessary . I however love my car and sold on the Kia Soul I will however go to another dealership .

Horrible....the guy was standing directly outside of my van before I could open the door. No joke. He had to take a step back in order to open it. It was a bit weird. We bought the van anyway because we needed it. You guy's really should let people at least browse a minute before bombarding them. Do you teach your employees to do this???
