This was the most horrible car buying experience I’ve ever had!! The staff lied to me on numerous occasions about everything. I left with an empty tank of gas and I will NEVER go back. I will never recommend them to anyone either!

Best truck buying experience I’ve ever had

chatted on line twice today and looking to get emailed to me the service receipts for the last 3 times i've had my oil change. new car. Still no response. Just called and talked to Cindy and she said it WILL be taken care of today. We'll see...... You really don''t want my contact info? How can you fix the problem when you don't know who I am.

I did not expect to buy a Honda CRV with a bum engine - I cannot unload it, I cannot get the fixes needed to prevent oil dilution from gasoline in the future when it does happen. Car Complaints rates the 20018 CRV "Clunker of the Year" - boy - I bet a get great resale value.
