Being the first time I'd bought from a dealer, I don't have much of a frame of reference. Expectations were loaded with crapy dealings with dealer clichés. Happy with our "new" used car. Purchase went smooth.

Brought my new truck in to have water spots removed and ended up leaving with a chip in my door, scratches in my bed and on top of the cab. To top it off, they didn't even get the water spots off the windows and left more in the bed of the truck. Worst sevice experience I've ever had.
