The gentle man that helped us wasnt the best. He was kinda nice but kept rushings us, because of the dang superbowl. Just because the super bowl was on does not mean you have to rush me through all the paperwork, and telling me that i need to figure out if I want the car or not. I do not like being rushed when it comes to me spending my money on a car that i wanna get. I feel I did not have a big enough choice between cars. Was only given two options to pick from, only so much money to work with but there are more cars in my price range. The gentle men wasnt good at his job. He barely knew what he was doing and didnt know how to go over paperwork with customers.

Very unhappy with final outcome around the key for my car. Was only given 1 key after everything was said and done. Was never told a second key would not be provided but they offered to charge me $400 for a spare. Was not happy.
