AWESOME

I bought a certified used Subaru Forester to which I was harassed about adding extra warranty packages to my purchase. It was failed to be mentioned to me that the car only had one key while they were harassing me about adding a package that included key replacement. I then find out all certified used cars are required to come with two keys. I reached out multiple times about they second key after the purchase to which I was just told it was lost, with no offer of replacing it. The salesman Mo who found the car and let me test drive was amazing. Ali, Billy, and the other managers, not so much.
