I think Leslie helped me and she was amazing; however, I waited for over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change because I had an "oversized" vehicle. So that wasn't very good.

Lots of high pressure negotiation tactics concealed behind the veil of being nice. Disappointing, be ready to trade in your car for half its sale value and be scoffed at if you try and negotiate a fair value.
