Mostly struggled with the couple finance folks I worked with.

The tech rotated my tires and change the oil. My tires were not set for the proper pressure. I can understand, this is the first vehicle that I have owned that has different pressures for the front and rear tires. But, not resetting the computer for having the oil changed is a lack of attention.

Luke was very polite, professional, and patient throughout the sales process. My only complaint was that he needed to make numerous trips to the Manager's office during our negotiations.
