Service was quick and the people who worked with me were polite and friendly. They changed my oil and patched a tire with a slow leak. My only complaint is the leak was back within a week...

The sales staff was friendly and accommodating. Follow through after the sale could be better (never received the service card we were promised, information about the car, such as when to schedule routine maintenance, would be nice).

Brian was a great salesman. Answered all of our questions quickly and for the stuff he didn’t know off the top of his head, he made sure he went and double checked which was appreciated. We enjoyed the experience and felt like we got a fair deal (even though we probably got hosed). Thanks Brian!

I contacted the Subaru dealership and asked to speak with the Costco representative as the Costco car program website recommends. The man that answered the phone said he could help me and I made an appointment to meet him. He followed none of the procedures described on the Costco site such as showing me the price list of items I requested and the corresponding discount. I traded in a Honda and they would not negotiate the price, I asked for more and they had an excuse. I asked for a better price on the car and more roadblocks. The process took many hours and as the end I realized, this dealership likely was not part of the Costco program and they had likely not given me the discount I would have received had I gone to another dealership. Overall, I felt taken advantage of.

I went down to the service shop and they could of told me over the phone about what to do next with the car since they knew they don't work on my type of car. It was a waste of there time and mine.
