Generally things went smoothly. It is unfortunate it takes hours to complete the paperwork, but I understand much of it is required by the government. We have purchased a used Nissan Murano through the dealership in Gladstone a few years ago and we would use them again. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The biggest problem we had is the 6 weeks it took to get the licence plates we got them the day our final trip permit expired then when I got home I looked at the date they were submitted and it was the day before

The people in the service bay were great, but when I received my car from the car wash, several areas were missed including the side mirror housings, areas of the rear window, lower rocker panel, and there were dried on circular streaks swirled on the outside of the windshield that I still have not been able to remove.

So I called and had the price negotiated over the phone and when I got there. They had no vehicle at all for me. So then they found one. Had to renegotiate the price. After that they kept coming back with more and more extra charges. Last they delivered the vehicle. I was promised it had trailer brakes I asked specifically for them. I was told it came as part of the tow package. I got a promaster. No trailer brakes. When I called to ask about it they said bring it in and pay for it. The dishonesty at this dealership is disappointing. I buy new vehicles every year. I cannot imagine shopping with this dealership ever again. So bottom line you agree to a price over the phone then charge thousands more and lie about features the vehicle doesn't have. I have to trust the company's I work with and I cannot trust yours
