My new car still having Sam problem

The sales people were good. They were a little pushy and the finance person was not listening to what I wanted.

Very pleased with the purchase process of my new 2019 Acura RDX. We worked with Bernard who was very helpful & knowledgeable about the car & was never pushy. He was patient as we looked at all the packages that are available & took time to explain the differences of each package. Went in looking for an A Spec, but left with the RDX Advance model. Express oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour.........with NO appointment. Now, that is service, and in todays world it's almost unheard of. And I might add, a car wash coupon.....what a deal

Took four hours to pick up a car that I ordered months in advance with a preset price paid for with cash.
