The best service I've ever received from a salesperson

I just wanna give a great thanks to rock Jake and Norris for helping me get this car. Nothing but great people here at Dick Hannah the last 60 days they’ve been so helpful with loaners any questions I’ve had they’ve helped me so you wanna get a good car come to Dick says yes I recommend anybody come and get your car here.

I came in to see the trade in value of my car. Austin greeted me with a smile and was easy to talk to. He helped me figure out what vehicle I wanted to purchase and get my trade in!

norris and roz were so patient with me and got me into an amazing vehicle. it was one i never thought about even looking at but after a couple days of owning it i already love it. and the team was able to get it for me in my budget as well. very happy with my experience at dick says yes, the paperwork process was quick and i was home with my new car by lunchtime!

Usually I'm nervous to be in the judgmental world of car sales and always worried about being judged on my income. However Jeremy at Dick says yes auto dealer changed my view. He was so sweet and kind and very transparent about what I was getting into and even pulled strings for me to get me into a reliable vehicle.
