A truly amazing experience, compared to my expectations after visiting other dealers. Having poor credit and a new job, I was expecting a process that took advantage of me, but my experience with Dick Hannah was the opposite. They were respectful of my needs and guardrails, never made me feel pressured, and above all were genuinely committed to getting me into a vehicle that met my needs within my budget. Quite honestly, I got a lot more car for my money than I was expecting. Trey was the staffer who helped me, and he couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for a car with bad credit, skip the time wasting and stress I went through with other dealerships and make this your first stop. You won’t need to shop anywhere else.
