While visiting Ducks says yes I had encounter with Jake Jones. It was refreshing to have him treat me like a person who has had bad luck rather than a mutt as I was called at another store. Jake sat down with me and showed genuine interest in helping me. I held little hope in getting a car loan after being declined twice. Jake returned with the news I was approved within 30 minutes imagine my surprise. I picked out my car and drove away happy. More sales managers could take a lesson from Jake. Thanks again
