I wasn’t expecting much out of this experience. Other dealerships weren’t willing to work with me in any way due to my “limited” credit. That wasn’t the case here. Taylor was completely transparent about the whole process and worked hard to get me a vehicle within my budget. The overall process was super quick too.

I came to Dick Hannah Dick says yes on recommendation from a coworker after my car broke down. I was nervous because my credit could be better. Damien, in Sales, walked me through the approval process over the phone, listening to my concerns and answering my questions. He was polite and I never felt pressured. The next day, I had an appointment with Damien. When I walked in, I was cheerfully greeted by Zina, the Manager and I felt at ease chatting with her. Damien greeted me and we sat down to get to business. He was very professional, friendly and listened as I explained what I was looking for and explained in more detail my financial situation. He answered my questions, took me on multiple test drives and did everything he could to help me get the best deal. We also had nice small talk-he’s a very personable person. I didn’t detect BS. Zina joined us as well and helped search for what I was looking for and helped me further understand the process. She really helped me out getting a great deal! I was anxious because I have had unpleasant experiences when it came down to the numbers but they REALLY worked with me to get me a fantastic car at a price I could afford. When I decided on the 2021 Nissan Sentra, I felt confident I was getting an amazing car and the service plan put me at ease for any future repairs. It was such a relief! Steven, the Financial Manager helped me get all of the paperwork signed and completed in record time and was also very pleasant to talk with. I was able to finish the process in a timely manner and was so excited to have a wonderful car, a service plan and gap insurance for a price I could afford. The team had it together, worked well with each other and genuinely seem to respect each other-which made me feel good about working with them. This was truly a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Mack was very helpful very nice and wonderful, he was very knowledgeable too wonderful salesmen. We were so happy to get approved and we got a really good car too. We will recommend this dealer to everyone we know.

Ali, was super helpful. Made the process as easy as it can be. I came in having an idea of what I was wanting to get and he made it happen very fast and friendly. During the whole process he never made me feel pressure to purchase a car.

Ali was wonderful getting us to look at all our options. We didn't even have to ask he listened to what we wanted and would get it pulled up for a test drive. Definitely made it painless to find a vehicle

When someone buys a car from you they should at least get more gas in the new car then what was in the old car or fill the tank to spend a lot more money than I wanted to now I got to fill the gas tank. Besides that everything was great.
