Good experience. Personal, friendly and intelligent. My agent took his time with me. He told it to me straight and got me into a great car. I said I didnt want warranties, so he spoke with the signing agent and I was soared the pitch in the signing office. That won a lot of points with me. I wish the best possible rate and trade value would be offered up first. I do not love the back and forth faux haggling. The DickSaysYes team made that haggling as easy as it could possibly be, however. Thank you, Grover and team. My orange Mitsubishi is the best.
