Customer service was excellent before I even came in for my appointment. Grove was great about communicating with me, even when I was being difficult changing days and times and being picky about the vehicle.. And then during my appointment Grove was understanding and worked with me and the entire experience was a surprisingly good one, I’m not a huge fan of car dealerships but everything was great.
