The first time I went to Dick Says Yes. I had the pleasure of Rob C. Being my salesman. Six years later, I still remember my experience. Rob went above and beyond. He went out of his way to make sure I left with a car. Even though I was a worst case scenario customer. This is why I called dick says yes yesterday and asked if he still worked there. Luckily for me, he was the one who answered when I called.Today I bought my second car through Dick Says Yes. I left with the car I wanted more than any other car on the lot. Rob C you get a five star rating.I swear these are my words. Rob didn't write this.

Once again I can't say enough about the guys at Dick Hannah, Dick says yes, Hazel Dell, WA. I needed another car for the wife, and after my awesome experience with my first vehicle, I went back to Dick says yes, spoke to Lawrence in the finance dept. He introduced me to Rob at sales and within minutes, I was driving off in my new car. Seriously, these guys here are awesome and I "Highly " recommend these guys and this place.

Unbelievable service from entry to exit, the entire process took only a little over 2 hours versus an all day entanglement at most other dealerships that I have experienced.Truly appreciated the transparency in and if information, no hidden agenda, just an all over smooth transaction.
