Dick Says Yes has a great team dedicated to helping you find the right vehicle. I worked with Eian via text for a couple weeks before I was able to make it into the dealership. He made sure the vehicle I was interested in was on the lot ready to go. To wrap things up Rob made sure I signed many dotted lines and answered clearly any questions I had. I worked with a few different people that day and found them informative, helpful and each had a great sense of humor which made the experience fun.

Nick was amazing at getting all the information from getting my loan approved right away, to listening to what I wanted in my car because I was just in a car accident and I had a lot of concerns about safety in my next car and a list of what I wanted for my new car. He was very patient with me and showed me as many cars until I found the perfect one that I was looking for and it was in my budget. I am recommending him to my mom because she is thinking about coming into buy a new car and I want her to have a good sales take care her as well. Wonderful experience. Was weary at first but they send me Hayden and that guy can sell salt to a slug. I would recommend mr. Hayden as your sell associate. He’s straight forward and to the point. Hayden and the manger was very easy to work with. Will defend do business here from here on out and I live in Portland Oregon.
