Brain Hubble provided great Customer service, he was very professional and extremely friendly. He made sure all of my concerns with my vehicle were addressed and contacted me immediately with full details of additional services needed to keep my vehicle in top condition. He made sure the interior/exterior detail work I requested was performed to the highest standards. I am extremely satisficed with all of the services that Brian provided. The only additional recommendation I could make for Brian is, he needs to ask the client if they have any coupons they would like to use. I was so focused on all the work I was having done, I forgot to mention the coupon I had for the 120,000 mile check-up service performed. Helping customers save money is a important part of customer service, I would have given Brian 5 stars if he helped me save money.
