The Subaru service advisor Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and helped me find a fix for an issue that I was lost on. I usually don’t like going to the dealership because of the price compared to independent shops, but this experience justifies every dollar spent.

I very much appreciated the flexibility of the service. Appointment was for 11:45. I had decided to get my car washed and thought I had time. The car wash took much longer than I thought it would. I called to explain and the service representative was very understanding,. I was able to get my 80,000 mile service for my 2028 Forester that day. My only complaint is that I was told for the second time that my front brakes needed to be replaced. I have my tires and brakes serviced elsewhere, and I asked if the brakes needed attention. The service techs said that it was not needed. They were wearing, but not immediate as the Dick Hannah Subaru intimated. Otherwise, the service is great.
