Gotta love it when you are told it will take 60-90 minutes and then 45 minutes later, you are on your way home with all services completed.

Christian was amazing, well informed, explicit and congenial.

I brought my 2016 Forester in as the key was intermittently getting stuck in the ignition. The vehicle was no longer under warranty. They removed the shift lever to replace the erratic plate guide. Christian Zaradic contacted Subaru on my behalf to see if they would pay part or all of the repairs. This was my first time interacting with Christian. He was friendly, kept me informed, and made me feel important as a customer. I feel he went above and beyond what was expected! Kudos to Christian!

I particularly liked working with Christian, Blaine, and the rest of the crew. They were friendly and prompt.
