Frank explained the process clearly and got me a loaner from Enterprise since my service was going to take the majority of the day.

Steve was great. He took time time to Doggie this out. however if Ginger had asked appropriate questions when I called to make the appointment we could have avoided a wasted trip in at 7am! They had to order a new part for the update they proceeded 2 weeks ago that caused my phones to fail in syncing. I have to come back once the part arrives
