The service agent was very professional. However, it is disappointing that I had to take the brand new car if for a defective loudspeaker and will need to spend more than 6 hours of my time (counting in driving to and from dealership and waiting for evaluation of problem and coming back next week to get speaker replaced). I would appreciate a formal acknowledgment of the inconvenience by the company and like to know if they could offer something to make up for it.

I wasn’t planning on an all-day service episode based on Subaru’s estimate, but Dick Hannah took care of me with a loaner. I got a lot of errands completed and had my car back by 4. Visits to the dealer aren’t always pleasant experiences. This dealership consistently exceeds expectations on all counts. Professional and helpful staff. Lovely facility.

Very professional service process. However, the continuing problem with my 2020 Forester is still unresolved. The vague and unresponsive steering causing my Forester to continuously float/drift/sway at freeway speeds is a very serious safety problem.
