Brian was our tech guy and he was clear, efficient, and professional. Our only complaint was that the letter we received from Subaru Inc., informing us of the computer upgrade said that the procedure should take no more than 40 minutes. That was a serious understatement. Once we arrived, we were informed that we needed to allow 2 hours. I suggest better communication between the service providers and the head office!
