There was a misunderstanding concerning how long my car would need to be in the shop so I was supplied a loaner car for three days which allowed me to continue on my journey which otherwise would have been ruined.

Zach has been my lead when it’s time for maintenance on our 2019 Ascent. He knows his job and can answer questions immediately and in-depth. And when asked “How much time do you need?” his estimates are pretty close to actual time elapsed. On this job, an overdue oil change with a couple of add-on’s, it was done before my second cup of lounge coffee. We make our maintenance appointments online and we try to get on Zach’s schedule.
