Everything went great. I did not have an appointment for I had a flat tire over the weekend. They were able to replace one (yes, I said one; not all 4 for a Forester) and did it in an hour and a half. Love having Lyft available to have the option of not staying there. Thank you.

This is our first Dodge purchase ever! Our sales agent Roxanne walked us through the entire process making us feel comfortable and reassured us that we were making the right decision by getting the Bighorn Night edition. She took the time to explain all the different trim levels until we found the best fit for our family. Thank you again to everyone at Dick Hannah Dodge!

Very pleased. While installing my new hitch the installer took pictures of issues inside my bumper without prompting from a recent fender bender. I was able to send the pic's to the body shop repairing my vehicle the following week which allowed them to be fully prepared in advance.
