I came in not expecting to buy s truck that day. I ended up working with a young gentleman named Rick. It was extremely low pressure and they worked with me to test drive everything I wanted to without an complaints. I ended up leaving and coming back a couple hours later to finish the deal on my new 2020 Ram 2500. Rick and the rest of the sales staff were all very friendly and accommodating and I’d highly recommend anyone come to the Dick Hannah Ram Truck Center if they’re looking to pull the trigger on a new vehicle—I’ll definitely be back for my next truck.

The selection and pricing is excellent. I was surprised to find a truck set up exactly the way I wanted it. Working with the people was pleasant. Answered all our questions and when we picked up the truck there was training to go over the various details. We recommend Duck Hannah Ram as a great choice when purchasing a new vehicle.

I made an attempt to bring my new 2019 Ram into your service department to remedy a recall concerning the adjustable brake peddle and was told it would take the entire day to make the repair for what the factory indicated would only require one hour. I inquired about a loner vehicle because of the length of time and was told that there was no guarantee that one would be available. I cancelled the appointment and am going to find a dealership that can do the recall in the time indicated or offers a vehicle for my convenience. I purchased my truck from your dealership to use your service department. I might of well as bought from Dave Smith Motors.

They didn’t put the sticker that remind me for next service and didn’t clean inside and outside of my truck after service !

The manager kept changing the sale conditions not in my favor, gave lowest offer for a trade in, and the process of purchase took all day. Not a pleasant experience. On the other hand the car we wanted was nice and the sales person friendly but that's about it.

Felt like the sales people and whole process was like old time car sales, over promised trying to sell me extra stuff, felt like I wasn’t listened to. Would have walked away, but the vehicle was what I wanted. Ended up paying more than expected as they kept saying I had to have this and that. Would not recommend them to others.

The sales team was alright, the service department was horrible about following up with me. I waited nearly 3 months for my plates and registration, which I had called on multiple times with no call back. Turns out the plates were sitting there for quite some time with no attempts to reach me. "1/5" would recommend to family or friends looking for a vehicle.

I would never step foot on hannah lots ever again.
