Roxy was amazing from start to finish. I explained exactly what I wanted and needed in order to proceed in a purchase and she went above and beyond to ensure my needs and requests were met. The entire process in house took less than 2 hrs. She enabled me to do much of the time consuming work via text and email, addressed my concerns and ensured a very time efficient and financial commitment were intact prior to even stepping foot in the dealership. Roxy is one of the best customer service oriented people I have ever come across. She was clearly in the deal for me as a consumer and not top fill her bank account. She valued my needs and expectations to make for a smooth purchase.

The process of buying the truck was extremely easy. Our salesman was knowledgeable and let us take as much time as we needed to choose which truck we wanted to buy. It was washed and prepped to perfection. Delivered to us with a full tank of diesel. The experience went downhill after this. Apparently the 2nd key fob was dropped in the wash rack rendering it unusable. We were told multiple times that it would be sent via FedEx signature required and told a day to expect it. We canceled appointments for that day so we could sign for the key. It didn’t show up. When I called I was told it was sent from corporate and to expect it in the next couple of days. Again we canceled appointments, etc. finally I got fed up called the Manager, he called back to say it had been MAILED!! No tracking nothing!!! So now we have our key coming in the mail with our address. Anyone along the way could have stolen the.key - you know mail theft - and armed with our address driven off with our truck!!! Finally a week after we were told we would receive our key it arrived in a LEGAL SIZED ENVELOPE!!!! Torn and scuffed oh but it did say ‘hand cancel’ on it! Well good for corporate for doing that much! Apparently a new ‘process’ has been put in place but I won’t take possession of another vehicle until I have all keys!

I started off thinking, "Oh man which type of salesperson am I going to get this time". But when I met David Frischman at the Ram Truck Center, I just knew things were going to well. And they did. From the very first greeting up until today and I know he will continue to hold my interests in high regard, as I have learned to hold his knowledge and skills in high regard. Dave is a first class gentleman, a guy that becomes a friend almost as soon as you meet him. And he represents Hannah Motors Ram Truck Center as they would appreciate him doing so. All the while I asked questions he either answered them directly, which was on most all questions or he would head straight off to get the answer. No hesitation. And not one second was difficult or uncomfortable. He's simply the best I've ever dealt with. This review is not about the truck I bought. It's about the personnel so I'll also mention Eric the manager. I didn't spend much time with Eric but I didn't have to. I told Dave what I wanted, and through Eric they were able to find exactly what I wanted. An absolute perfect match. And while I don't know how hard it was for Eric and Dave to locate that match, it got done, same day, within a coulpe of hours. No complaints here. If there was anything I could say directly to Dick Hannah, it would be that keeping Dave is a no-brainer. Making sure he gets a raise would be a wise decision. I won't ever use any other salesperson and by the way, Dave simply does not make you feel like you're being muscled or pressured. He's golden. So thanks guys and to Heather who helped me with all the paperwork, all I can say is that gal knows her paperwork, so thanks Heather, it was a pleasure
