I didn't have an appointment but but my car was serviced in less time than was estimated. I really appreciated Christa's communication with me on how much longer it would take and that someone else would take over while she went on her lunch break. First time I've had that level of care and attention at this location. Thank you so much!

I contacted my service manager for an issue. She was able to fit me in next day to have the technicians scan my car for the error code. The part was obtained within a day and my car was fixed in under a week. Appreciate the rapid response to get it fixed and back on the road.
