Cierra was very helpful. My appt was late due to my car having to be towed to the shop at the last minute. They got me in and sent me the info needed to decide what to have worked on. Very good team you have.

Meleah gave immediate attention upon arrival at my appointment. She outlined what the inspection would entail. She kept me posted on the progress being made; as well as presenting photos of two filters that needed replacement, and requested my approval of replacement, and the extra charge for this service. She had the paper work completed at the end of the service; walked me through the charges throughly before I signed . I found communicating with Meleah a pleasant experience. One week after this appointment the vehicle is driving, and riding well!

I was scheduled at the detail center. I was told that my specific issue was too big for the detail center and needed to be done at the body shop. The employees facilitated this for me with no impact to me. They informed me of the change, moved my car and told me when it was completed and where to pick it up. Communication and facilitation! Excellent!

Your customer service agents and technicians were amazing! I had an issue with my tire, which they said was a safety issue and I should come in right away. They were able to see my car and fix the issue the same evening I called!
