One thing I've learned with my latest service is that although you offer a deal on oil & tire rotations, you find all sorts of stuff to add to my bill. This makes mu untrusting you of your offerings. Probably will not be using you again. FULL DISCLOSURE.I see NO evidence that you greased all my rubber parts as stated. AND WHY IN THE WORLD, ON A FRONT DRIVE VEHICLE, WOULD YOU PUT THE LEAST AMOUNT OF TRACTION TIRES ON THE FRONT WHEELS???The woman at the desk was great. I liked dealing with her.

Jeff is our service rep. He always makes us feel welcome and he stays in good communication with us about the service to our car. I really like the way the service center is set up. I may not always like the price but I do feel we always get top notch service. Thank you Don & Paula Peterson
