Oil change is expensive even with coupon ($140 vs $50 at Hyundai) and took over 2 hour 30 minutes. Flat tire did get fixed for free as advertised (I apologize for saying the opposite previously because it seems to have a little lower pressure). Estimates for follow-up services are way more expensive than even from Lexus of Portland for comparable service ($2600 for timing belt change at Honda dealership vs $1400 at Lexus of Portland). Estimate for header gasket seal ($2200) is twice as expensive as given Lexus of Portland.

Excellent service. Had a flat tire and brought in my crv w/out an appointment. This dealership had a faster service time than les Schwab tires. Everything was fixed and at no charge! Impressive

Since buying this Used/New Toyota Highlander Hybrid I have had a couple of issues with it. Things that should have been caught on the 26 pt. inspection. The Sales Manager Nick was fantastic to work with. I showed him the paperwork from Toyota who wanted over $1,800 to fix the leaking problem that was there and done by an outside 3rd party before I bought the car. Nick seen the problem and got my car in ASAP to get it fixed and helped with the window visors that were coming off. I am very happy with Nick's attention to detail and to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. I have been a longstanding customer of Dick Hannah for years and I am Happy to give this a 5 star rating.Elaina
