Several areas were found to need attention! It was discussed with me what should be done! I agreed to the findings! I approved the work! All was done to my satisfaction! Great service!

One thing that I don’t understand is that my cars message “Mai ten e due” never gets reset anymore? For years I have serviced my vehicle at Dick Hannah and after they reset my dash to Eli ate the message? I’ve tried to do this myself unsuccessfully . Now I m not always aware of when my service is do again?

The representative that answered the phone and Jerry was quick to take care of me and my car knowing how busy their appointments are throughout the week. Took me in the next day, did the work on the car and also gave excellent advices and suggestions to keep the car and myself safe on the road. I'd bring my car here again for any service.
