Very easy to set up appointment well attended when I got there. Good communication and good job on overall experience at the shop. The person who took care of me did an excellent job. Fast and easy.

Unclear where to park/check in for service appointment.Was told oil change would include synthetic oil, but don’t think that was the case. It would have been nice to have fluids topped off like most oil change places do, instead I felt up-sold for more services.Otherwise, thank you!

Initial communication was good but dropped off during the day. I finally checked to see if car was done. I’d waited an extra 45 minutes from the estimated finish time . The paperwork with key was sitting at the girls desk( along with 2 others). Not sure why checking out was taking so long. Also, miss that I didn’t get a car wash card after spending hundreds of dollars.

I had quite a few items on my "laundry list" in addition to routine service. While not everything was resolved, all issues were explained even if uncorrected. I feel comfortable having my service done at this dealership.
