Service on the vehicle was good but the service advisors seemed to be overloaded. I waited at the dealership and noticed my car parked after completion of service nearly 30 minutes before I was called up to pay for it and receive the key.

Fast service and my service advisor, Rachelle Makayla, was the best I’ve had yet. She let me know about upcoming service but didn’t give me a high pressure sales pitch to get it done now or give me the “little woman” treatment and talk down to me. Sadly, I have had a couple of your male service advisors do this in the past and it is a huge point of contention for me. This should be covered in any kind of customer service training.
