Dominic FTWAfter months of scouring the greater Portland area for a 17-18 mazda in our budget we finally found one at Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver. I was apprehensive of buying from a dealership especially as our used car costs 1/3 of the rest of the cars on the lot. Dominic understood that for us personally just getting a second car was a huge deal and treated us with patience and respect while we worked out all the details. The day we went to pick up the car we noticed a brake maint light was on. Without any hesitation they got the part from the Mazda dealership down the road and repaired the car before we took it home. We were also pleasently surprised to find the car came with a 3 month powertrain warranty as well as a 12 month warranty on wearables. This coupled with the sincerity of Dominic and the rest of the staff made the entire experience positive. I'm grateful we ended up at their dealership and would recommend others give them a shot at your business.
