Brittany has assisted me on the purchase of the 2024 CRV Hybrid Sports model and she is knowledgeable on the features of the car. She explained the features, answered my questions with ease, guided me during the test drive and helped in the paperworks by introducing me to the Finance and the Insurance persons-in-charge. Brittany and Little Ben provided excellent customer service!!!! We love the new car, but it has so many new features compared to our old car that it will take a while to learn them all. Brittany and Ben went over most of the features, but even with their training, it was hard for us to remember everything. Thankfully, they have left us emails and phone numbers offering to help us!!
