I'm a consumer, and I needed time to figure out the logistics, and figure out that I was getting the run around and being lied to by others when you were direct, honest, and upfront to begin with. You were transparent as it gets, willing to meet me and tell me things about yourself that were sensitive, and personal. You truly met me at my level. A rare experience within meeting ANYONE these days.. let alone your car salesman... Thank you for that.
