10/10 customer service for Quaylynn - very comfortable salesperson to work with and he has a passion to please. We wish organization and communication was a bit better at the branch, such as letting us know pro tech mats were back ordered everywhere without a ship date, before having us purchase them with the vehicle. And a bit sloppy organization scheduling detailing, parts pick up, and check drop off. Having us drive back twice instead of once. This could have been streamlined to one visit. But as I said, Quaylynn really did aim to please and help with any hiccups as they arised.
