I give our sales person a 10 for knowledge of the vehicle that we bought, courtesy, and effort to locate a CR-V that met our desires! I dropped the experience one star because of the long wait to wrap up the sale with paper work, and getting to the financing end! We were paying cash, and already had selected to pay for an extended warranty! Once we were guided into an office, Harry made every effort to speed up the transaction!! Would we deal with Dick Hannah again? Yes!
