Wonderful customer service! Explained what was doing and what comes next in regards to maintenance of vehicle

Overall experience was excellent. Jeff kept me informed throughout the service period. The only suggestion I have would be to have someone direct customers into the service writeup area when a vehicle approaches the doors. I waited outside thinking someone would direct me in. No one did so after several minutes, I proceeded in without any help. I was not comfortable doing that. Other than that it was an excellent service.

Received prompt service and all issues were resolved.
